Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

So this weekend I decided to stop for a quick bite with the family at Taco Bell in Wasaga Beach as my kids love Taco Bell. One of my favorite items is the nachos supreme. Of course i ended up paying extra for my nachos supreme as usual but prices have definitely gone up. Below is a picture of what i paid extra for. I could not believe my eyes when i opened the box. Spoke with the manager and said I think you guys forgot to put a little more toppings on this and she indicated that this is how we serve it in Wasaga Beach !!!! I went inside and placed my order. Waited patiently until a guy who came in 15 minutes after me got served first (15 minutes after he got there) before I spoke up. Standing in front of the register for 30 minutes and never followed up on turns out they gave my order to the drive thru, had to wait another 15 minutes after that. Decided to try again months later no customers in the restaurant, no cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru so I figure I'll use the drive thru this time. My order was all of 1 crunchwrap supreme and I sat at the window for almost 20 minutes before receiving it. I don't even understand how it can be possible to have this bad of a service.

Earlier tonight I was just stuck in the drive-through in Wasaga Beach after they told me they were closed and would not serve me. It was 7:55ish when I was told this at the speaker. After he gave the person in front of me their food, he told me again they are closed once I got to the window. Photo attached of him serving the person ahead of me. He (Sunny) said that they close at 8, so he would not take my order. What the heck kind of business is this? If this is how lazy they are, then I can't imagine how many shortcuts they must make inside with cleanliness, etc.

I have tried to give this place a fair chance so many times. Im done. You dont get what you order. It looks like they throw the food together. You wait for over 20 min just for stale food. Taco bell is taco bell. But this is absolutely Reserva una mesa ahora

Portions were super small, and the dining room was a big mess. Employees were talking loudly with one another to the point that it was hard to hear my wife from across the table.

I spent around $21 here, and it was a complete waste of money. The food was awful. I hadn't eaten at Taco Bell in a long time, and I definitely won't be going back.

This restaurant is quite stingy and consistently shortchanges you on your order. I would recommend avoiding it. The reviews are accurate and reflect my experience.

Had trouble when ordering at the drive through, got the wrong order, but they made it right. The food was good once everything was corrected. Classic taco bell. Reserva una mesa ahora

They pick and choose when they are open even when there hrs are posted…. Do better…. Simply lazy

It's always incredibly slow here; you really need to hire more staff.
