The staff at this restaurant is consistently wonderful and kind! I visit this location often, and previously, there was an issue with my order. Although I hadn't been back for a little over a week, one of the employees remembered that I was missing an item. He apologized sincerely and provided a coupon to make up for it. I don’t know his name, but I recognize him frequently and think he’s a supervisor, as I’ve seen him training new team members. He’s always so kind and his customer service is exceptional!
Yesterday, I waited at the counter for 15 minutes to place an order, and there was no one in line ahead of me. The staff completely ignored me and didn’t acknowledge my presence. They prioritized drive-thru orders and even helped someone else at the counter with their order. Eventually, I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.
3rd time i returned here, the handsome model-esque looking man with a nose ring and cool nailpolish gave me excellent service for the third time in a row. he deserves a raise, or modeling contract....

Bathroom are for customers only and are locked with a key. How about you leave them unlocked at all times without question. It is a clear warning sign NOT to eat there for a good reason.
