Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

absolutely the worst taco bell I was already. I know that the ice machine did not work, then the carbonation element did not work, tried the limonade, then the tee tasted, both tasted like water with a little color. I asked to fill my drink behind the counter and the coworker was aware that the machine does not work in the field. they threw the tacos and burritos together, had a terrible attitude and when I asked about the manager, that was actually one of those who help prep. they looked at me and didn't even come to the counter or told me a word. they just worked. I'll never go back. When I asked who owned this franchise or who was above the manager, the guy told me he didn't know. I said you're working there and don't know what you're working for? what a cluster! I gave him only one star because I had it too.

Absolutely awful location. It is almost guaranteed that your order will be wrong. If the location is even bothering to be open. I went there at 6pm today and the lights were off, door locked, and no answer at the drive thru. I understand it is staffed by children who are paid virtually nothing, and that the results of that will come out in how the public is served, but can we at least find kids who will bother to actually show up?

Worst Taco Bell on the planet! WHEN they decide to work and are open. They barely put any meat on the order along with what else is suppose to go on it. And it is always cold! Not sure how this location is still in business. What a shame because I love Taco Bell. But this location has left a bad taste in my mouth every single time. No more chances! Horrible customer service!

every time I have ordered from this taco bell, they have never got my order right and when I ask back and for the rest of my order, they fight with me and say that they put it in the bag until I show them the bag so that they are not my whole job there.

Taco Bell has lost their way. Ordered the Nacho Bell Grande and it's nothing like it was 5 to 10 years ago. I actually threw them out. I don't know if it's just the Aubrey Texas branch or if all are going downhill. I won't eat there again.
