I really dislike the push for self-service kiosks, which seem to be the expectation here. If the employee had at least made eye contact or greeted me, or said something like "I’ll be right with you," it would have made a difference. I ended up leaving after seven minutes of being ignored. I don't plan to return.
It took 35 minutes to get 2 tacos in the drive thru. When I arrived it was 3 PM and there were 4 cars in front of me. 35 minutes later I got my order. I watched the lines in the drive thru next door at McDonald's. They served 15 cars while I waited in line. Terrible!
Last night I stop by Taco Bell to buy supreme burritos with I receive look like baby burritos that look like like the size of tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Next time I rather go to del Taco.

Great spot to visit at 1:00 AM! The potato tacos are tasty and reasonably priced. The place is also fairly clean.
They renovated the place, but the service was poor, and they consistently get my order wrong, every single time.
The Doritos Tacos locos and the nachos are the Bomb????!
