Despite being known for its quick service, this particular Taco Bell location failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The wait times were inexplicably long, leaving me wondering why the term fast food was even applicable.It 's disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential fall short in delivering on its promise of efficiency. One would expect a seamless and speedy experience at a fast-food establishment, but sadly, that was not the case here.In conclusion, if you 're looking for quick and efficient service, I 'd recommend looking elsewhere. Taco Bell, at least this particular location, seems to have missed the mark when it comes to living up to its reputation as a fast-food...

I visited the restaurant for dine-in or drive-thru, only to find that they close both by 9 PM on Sundays. When I inquired, they informed me that they were closing for deep cleaning. I also requested to speak to the manager, but they refused to provide any contact information. This is clearly a sign of laziness. I hope the store owner, manager, and corporate are aware of this situation because I will never return. It's extremely unprofessional, especially since their hours on the door indicate they should be open until 1 AM.

Came through the drive thru, they refused to do two separate orders. I had to back up out of the long drive thru so I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the other cars to get their orders so we could go in. I had to drag my toddler out of the car just to go inside. Ordered on the kiosk and waited for ten minutes after paying to finally get my order. My boyfriend also substituted steak on his burrito, paid an extra dollar, and didn’t receive it. So not only are they lazy, they are also incompetent.

Came here during the snow storm. Martell appeared to be the only one working. He was taking orders in the drive thru, shoveling and taking orders to cars. He has a great attitude and deserves a raise ? ? Reserva una mesa ahora

How are you open at 8am but I arrive at 8:15 am and all doors are locked and no one can seem to answer the phone?! That’s bad business? Either change your hours or be open at the scheduled time.

It took over 15 minutes for them to take my order, and there were no other customers in the restaurant or in the drive-thru, so I’m not sure what the hold-up was.

I had an excellent experience with the food during my first visit. I will definitely be coming back! It was even better than I expected.
