I went through the drive-thru I was ordering my food with in 2-4 mins the only issue I had was with employee she made I was supposed to get $15 and some change and she gave me $5 handsome change my order was mixed up with the amount of money I was supposed to get the amount that was supposed to come back what's the amount that I was buying the it took about 30 minutes for them to count down the drawer and make sure I wasn't BEING them finally I got the money that I was over charged employee mistake

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they told me, "We can’t see the mobile orders, so we can’t help you," even though the payment had already been deducted from my account. When we asked for assistance, they ignored us, so we drove up to the window and ended up waiting there for over 15 minutes. I eventually figured out how to cancel my order to get a refund, but I certainly won't be returning to this Taco Bell. The location on 11 Mile is far better.

Spent $37 on an Uber eats delivery order and missing half of my order, no sauce, can’t call up to the store, no car to drive up there. That’s my experience.

They always forget all of the food you ordered. They let you drive away without everything in your bag when they hand it to you.
