This review is specific to this visit. Over the years, I've been to many Taco Bells across New York State. They’re cheap and quick, and sure, there are a few that I regret going to. However, in Yorkville, NY, John, who made my sandwich, really knocked it out of the park. My $3 taco looked and tasted like it was crafted with care and respect for the art of food. I had to take a moment to compliment him.
Entering the Taco Bell on Yorkville (Oriskany Blvd) was quite an experience! I hadn't been there in years, and I was impressed by how clean the place was. The staff were friendly, the food was fresh, and it was delivered quickly. The manager was one of the coolest and most down-to-earth people I've ever met; the positive vibes in this restaurant were undeniable. Keep up the great work!
Stop bringing menu items back just to randomly pull them away. Especially when I have to order something 3 times before you get it right and now I barely got to try it before the item disappeared, every time. First time I ordered veggie nacho fries but got the burrito version with steak
I waited over an hour past the scheduled pickup time for my DoorDash order, only for them to cancel it and mark it as ready for pickup. I will never return to this restaurant and strongly advise others to avoid this location due to their poor customer service. Reserva una mesa ahora
