Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Bought from the app. 40 minutes ago. Got there in a line. They said pull ahead. Lady who screwed up my payment last time I was here told me to go park. I wait 25 minutes I see her come with an order then walk away saying “wrong order”. I’m confused like what just happened.I wait 10 more minutes. This is my second time ordering through the app, and I really should have learned my lesson by now. I had to wait over an hour, and the staff was extremely rude. One employee, who had a "13" tattooed on his elbow, claimed he couldn’t speak English. After a series of disappointing experiences, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that this place is a disaster. Every time I walk in, there are spills on the floor, which is just gross. I even witnessed a guy give up on using the kiosk and walk over to the drive-thru because no one was willing to assist him. I placed my order online, so it should have been in the system. However, after a while, a family came in and ordered from the kiosk while I was still waiting. They even started eating before I got my food. What's the point of ordering online if I'm left waiting like this? When my Cantina Bowl finally arrived, I was disappointed by how little food it contained.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. You can see employees walking around not doing anything, laughing and talking to each other and having no sense of urgency to get orders out. There should be no reason to take 20 minutes for two tacos when its not even peak hours. Unacceptable behavior in my opinion. Expect to wait a LOT even if you put in a mobile order.
A few months later, I decided to give it another try and ended up with a tiny burrito costing $2.60. The value here is quite poor!
As for parking, there are only 10 spaces available.
Slow, horrible service! Drive thru and inside are packed...these people need better management! They should open second taco stand/station.
Came today for lunch with my granddaughters. Everyone so helpful, kind and patient. Food was so good.
