Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

Absolutely worst experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE.I 'm a dasher and have unfortunately been here several times.1. No customer service whatsoever. I 'm curious as to who the so called manager is as no improvement has been made. Employees act as if they don 't see you when you 're standing right there in the front in their faces. They don 't acknowledge you. It 's a bunch of kids.2. No sense of urgency. They take their sweet time.3. Examples of what goes on. (I will record it next time)Tall slim black kid didn 't want to do his job. He was walking around with his cell phone in one hand, no gloves...just singing/rapping to a song. A girl had asked for his help and he was like don 't u see I 'm busy which he wasn 't. I don 't know how that kid is still employed.Yesterday, a lady walks in with her daughter. As soon as she walks in the whole staff walks out of kitchen to greet them. I was like is this really happening right now. Then they eventually go back to work and lady goes up to her husband that works there and asked him for a frozen drink. All this while I 'm just still standing there , no one greets me. They definitely need new management and new staff!

Always get your receipt. They don’t want you to get one because they don’t want any bad surveys. This TB has gone downhill. They make you wait even if there is only one car. They always ask you to go park and wait for your food. They always get the order wrong or give your poor quality food. Their tacos are a joke. More shell than anything else. All the restaurants on 380 need to step up their game.
