The customer service at this location is truly lacking. They don’t seem to pay attention to what customers need, from the type of sauce to include in the bag to ensuring there’s no sour cream on a taco for someone with allergies. This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. The staff could use some training—it's as if they don't understand the basic requirements of their job. I've had severe allergic reactions twice because of their mistakes, and if this continues, I'm considering legal action. I even reached out to the manager, and all I was offered was a free meal. But what good is a free meal when it comes to health concerns? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Walked in and passed the ordering kiosks, something new for me at Taco Bell. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and made eye contact with a few team members, but no one approached to provide service or point out the kiosks. It wasn 't until another customer came in and stood beside me, and we both noticed the kiosks at that time and placed our order. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience this particular day. If you see the eye, say Hi should be a training slogan for customer service.
My first time trying this location. Did a mobile order, and they forgot the chips. The potato soft taco tasted like the potatoes were old, and some of the cinnamon twists were hard as well. Not sure if I will try this location again or go back to the old one on Eastern and Sunset.
Showed up at 6:30 pm to eat inside, for some odd reason they were closed. Three ladies were just sitting inside talking. When I tried to ask them if they were open they just stared. Normally I wouldn’t care but the incompetence was unreal. Do better.

Was welcomed today with......We can't take your order at the counter.... they are taking out the registers at the counter.....order yourself at the self serve order or use your phone...... Great personal touch.....!!!!!! I won't be back!
It was said that their dine in will close at 10:00pm. We came here before 9:30 pm and the omploye tells us they don't have any more fries, potatoes or even chicken. Shouldn't they have all the items available until the closing time?
Food was awful. I grew up eating Taco Hell for ages, but today there's better options like Cafe Rio and El Pollo Loco.
Food is great, service is nice. There is no hot water in the men's restroom; you got to fix that. No bacon at 9am :
