I order food for delivery,the fries came in a taco bell bag, I didnt get my cole slaw that i paid for,and i ask for mashed potatoes and gravy and I did get the gravy, I call to complain and they only said I could go to the store and get it,because there is nothing else they could do,if i order for delivery is because I dont have a car how would i go and get it in the store if i order for delivery for a reason bad customer service
Nuggets were ok, a little chewy. I received mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were bland. I asked for honey mustard and didn't get any sauce. The biscuit was hard and plain. The girl at the window was pleasant but on the phone the whole time. She mentioned she wouldn't be working there much longer. Probably for the best, customer service is not her strong suit. No receipt was given to leave a review.
Went to the drive-through at the Taco Bell inside KFC. We ordered the Nachos BellGrande and the 3 pc Chicken Big Box meal with 2 sides and a drink included. Overall, the food was good. However, the drink was not given with the meal. I have tried calling the restaurant several times but get no answer. Guess I'll have to make another trip there for my drink.
My visit at the store today went well I definitely will be returning. I placed a large chicken order and TOMMIE made sure that my order was correct and fresh. She was very polite does well at her job. She knows how to provide great customer service!! Reserva una mesa ahora
Totally waste my money. Rude manager on drive thru The food was cold and not full portion fries cold and stale and chicken famous bowl had three piece of chicken, and chicken was hard as rock. Never going back..
The manager TOMMIE was very polite and attentive. My large order was 100% accurate and ALL FOOD was fresh she made sure of it! Definitely will be returning
Young guy at the window was extremely rude because I decided too wait 15 mins for the chicken seemed like he didn’t want too work tonight
