Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

We ordered hard Taco Supremes, but they gave us soft ones instead. After driving back, we politely explained the mistake, but the manager falsely claimed she had informed us that they only had soft tacos. We don't eat soft tacos! After she made a fuss and insisted we return the food, they replaced our order without acknowledgment of the issue. My first taco was good, but halfway through the second, I discovered something unpleasant and had to spit it out. By the time I reached the third taco, it didn’t taste right either. Worst Tacco Bell experience. If you zoom into the screen, you'll see 29 min in drive-thru. I was there for 34 minutes. Not once did an associate give me an update through the window, offer a drink, or any interaction. For 18 minutes I was at the window. When I asked what took so long, I was told there was a mistake and they are busy. I didn't even get an apology. I only ordered for 2 people. To top things off, we ordered and paid for beef and extra beef on a bean burrito and there was only one helping of beef.

We met with friends at this spot for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from many people. Well, it was very successful. The staff were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

Lovely tacos. Just a tourist passing thru. This was our first ever visit to a Taco Bell. Staff were very pleasant and they have a Bell you can ring on the way out if you liked the service, which was fun to to ring. A nice touch. Reserva una mesa ahora

The meat had the skin on, which was a unique touch. The hostess at the entrance was polite, but the hostess by the window seemed a bit off, as she never spoke to us at all—not even a simple "here"!

It took 40 minutes for my food to arrive, but the restaurant was incredibly busy, so I don't blame my server. She was really putting in the effort and remained pleasant throughout.
