Well, it seems that the entire focus of service was on the drive-thru; however, even though I went through the drive-thru, the order was screwed up and had to go inside. Once inside, there were people that had been waiting 20min+ for their orders because drive-thru has priority ! Thise waiting inside shared with me that I was the fourth drive-thru order that was screwed up that had come inside to get it corrected... overall, terrible management and wasn 't as if they were short handed with a full staff of 8 working to push out drive-thru orders and nothing happening for those waiting walk-ins. PIS POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
Stop coming here store needs to be closed I'm done with this taco bell I'll take more time to drive to any other one! The last 3 times I've ordered food online and at the window I've gotten home and been missing atleat one of the more expensive items I order, the portions for nothing is right don't bother paying extra for double meat or anything you won't get it, or they will be out of one meat or the other, and the tortillas have been stale and crumbling every time as well. Perhaps they should turn their music down some and not be screwing around everytime somebody comes to the window.
Don’t waste your time at Danville Taco Bell They are ALWAYS out of everything. Stopped today and pulled up to drive through to be greeted with “just so you know, we are out of breakfast”. It was 10:20AM. Stopped in several times at different times of day and have had this happen. Why are you even open for business? If you own the place and can’t afford to stock product then sell it to someone who can. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not the fault of the employees! Poor ownership!!
The food taste like it 's been sitting out for hours., Nacho fries were absolutely disgusting cold and tough. The service was pretty fast but i 'd favor fresh good food over fast service. The ambiance was trash. It was dirty and in the dining area they were blasting the music so you couldn 't hear their secular music in the back. I don 't give two flying flips you work at a fast food restaurant, that does not mean you don 't get to be professional. Please hire new employees.

We ordered a party pack have soft taco and have hard taco the hard taco shells were all broken and I was not happy about that and they reply was that they 're all like that so if you want hard tacos you 'll probably have to go to a real Mexican restaurant. Parking: The parking lot was pretty much empty so there 's plenty of parking spaces if you want to dine in. Service: Dine in

Employees using the restroom and returning to prepare food without washing hands. I'll pass! And it was an Older lady with blonde hair and I believe she's the dang on MANGER... Service: 1
