This place always has some issue. Either they forget an item you paid for, or they just throw everything in the bag so the chips end up crushed. Why ask if you’re going to leave out the sauce packets? I get that work can be tough, but have some pride in what you do.
Awful service! You must place an order before being allowed to use the restroom, and I discovered hair in my burger, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise staying away from this restaurant!
The person taking drive-through orders on 10/8/22 around 5:15 PM was very friendly! I really appreciate that they allowed me to substitute meat for black beans.
