I ordered my food through the app earlier in the day. When I got to the drive through to pick it up, it was cold. The drive through person shrugged and said that was just the way it was because I didn't pick it up earlier. After asking to talk to themanager they decided to remake it. When I got home to eat with my family, the food had been reheated. This is not the onlyproblem I have had at this location. I suggest not going to 1275 S. Lamb blvd for your food.
On August 19th I went to this location and Anna was such a great help. She tended to my needs and was so nice to me and patient. We need more people like her in fast food restaurants!! If she isn't already a manager she needs to be promoted. She has great customer service and hospitality I will be back! My name is PJ and she made me like Taco Bell a whole lot more than I did before thank you Anna!!!
The food was good, but the chips in the Fleshy Melt Burrito were a bit hard to chew. The staff member at the window struggled to understand our order, and when another employee came to help, they were rather dismissive and rude. On the positive side, the drive-thru had no line, which was great. Overall, I wouldn't consider it a bad experience. Food rating: 4/5.
The food wasn't terrible but the chips they put in the beefy melt burrito were pretty hard to chew. The window worker couldn't understand what we were saying so another popped on and was extremely snippy and rude because of it. This was the only restaurant in that area that didnt have their dining room closed. It was only 830pm on a Friday night and every restaurant near this one had their doors locked and refused to acknowledge that there were customers waiting outside. This place was open and ready to serve!
Whenever I visit Taco Bell, I prefer coming in the evening because the customer service is excellent. While the drive-thru can sometimes be busy, the wait is definitely worthwhile. Food rating: 5/5.
Everytime I to this location I go at night time because they have the best customer service. Sometimes there's lots of people on the drive thrue but it's worth the wait.

Drive thru menu is out of order long time a go! They just won't fix it so you can't see anything! Terrible!
