There's a man who works at the drive-thru of this restaurant who always brightens my day whenever I visit. I saw him last night, December 2nd, 2022. Although I don’t know his name, he has brown hair and is consistently there. He is incredibly friendly and has a great sense of humor. No matter how complicated my orders are, he always manages to get them right. Last night, while I was waiting for my food, we had a delightful chat. The kitchen staff teased him for not rushing to grab my order, and he jokingly responded, “I’m talking to her.” We definitely need more people like him in the workplace. I give this location 3 stars for there FAST service, clean escap, there large customer service. they are missing the two stars, because if I ask for Xtra cheese. I expect XTRA cheese. I was definitiw not impressed by my chili cheese burrito, which I was charged for the cheese. although I was not happy with the thin tortilla that had very little everything! but this is a problem with many Taco bells I noticed. the rest of my order was perfect!
The service is quick and friendly. I usually visit between midnight and 1 AM, and the late-night staff is excellent. I highly recommend the dollar menu, as it offers great value with a variety of delicious options. The drive-thru staff consistently wear appropriate face coverings, so I've never felt unsafe. Just a reminder: customers should wear masks as well!
I don't know the name of the guy who usually works the drive-thru or at the cash register (I'll update this if I find out), but he definitely deserves a promotion. He's always in a good mood, genuinely happy to be there, and goes out of his way to engage in conversation beyond just taking your order. He even gives compliments!
