First, no one answered drive thru. Truck in front of me pulled off as well because of no response. I parked, went inside to order 3 crunchy tacos with extra cheese. I opened the tacos as I always do since I pay 80 cents PER TACO. It was hardly a regular serving of cheese on any taco I 've ever purchased anywhere. I asked them to please add the extra cheese and I had 5 kitchen employees hovered around the counter inspecting the tacos (remember no one was manning the drive thru speaker, now I see why) No one stepped up as management yet I got some teenager that told me I 'm only allowed a pinch of cheese per taco with attitude. I wouldn't recommend stopping at this taco bell location they rude they pick and choose who they feel servicing they told us they couldn't take any orders because there screen wasn't working but took the car behind me orders and the car after them as well they was turning away white people but only servicing black people what kinda bs is that anyway I do recommend taco bell in Whitehall they have a great crew there
Sit in line for an hour while the 2 kids working the window sit there and talk to 2 females that was in the drive thru also laughing and handing out free food. Finally got my food both orders where wrong ask for mild and hot sauce got home and they didn't put it in the bag food was cold and barely anything on it. Really sick and disrespectful place!!!! This location definitely needs to be closed or completely overhauled. The management should be embarrassed, as should anyone associated with it. I ordered three of the same burrito and received three completely different items. The place seemed disorganized, no one answered the drive-thru, and the staff constantly muttered about wanting to quit because they dislike their jobs.
I want to the manager to call me asap and let me know why is it okay to place my order in the drive thru when your speaker is messed in the rain and tell us to come to the window and the. refused to take our order and tell us to go through the drive thru again to place our order because they couldn’t hear us????
