Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The staff and management were incredibly rude. I worked tonight delivering for DoorDash and arrived around 9 PM. The lobby door was slammed shut in my face while customers were still eating inside. A little later, around 10:35 PM, I received another pickup order for Taco Bell. I arrived at 10:40 PM and ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. When I finally reached the speaker, they informed me they were closed and refused to give me my customer's order that had already been paid for. I asked to speak with a manager, who was very rude, and simply stated that they wouldn't stay open later just for "these" customers. It seems they need...

Stood there at the order kiosk ordering a breakfast burrito, after looking over the many choices, and finally found what I really wanted, only to be told, they were out of eggs and none of the breakfast menu was available. Maybe black out those items on the kiosk, or have a sign or something, so I don't waste ten minutes picking out what's not even there?Vegetarian options: They don't have a vegetarian burrito??!! You get an emptied out beef burrito. Big inspiration there. In a day and age where the public is encouraged to reduce meat consumption, maybe Taco Bell might realize they want to get on board that train.

I placed my order at the kiosk inside, which was fine. However, I experienced a long wait of about 10 minutes, and the person handling the orders had a rather indifferent attitude. Additionally, they didn’t provide trays for dining in, which was disappointing. The overall employee attitude seemed lacking. I've noticed a decline in service quality since my visits before Covid. While the food was acceptable, the lack of customer service left much to be desired.

They were super busy today and got our order out in less than ten minutes. I was super impressed. They acknowledged me the moment I walked in and made sure I knew I would have my order taken. Whole staff was on point with smiles and that just made me feel super welcomed. I don't normally write reviews for fast food but I was just really impressed by this crew Reserva una mesa ahora

my favorite restaurant! I liked the chalupas and the quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce. 10/10 recommend for a date at night. still good at 2 o'clock. I miss the chihua, but this is in order that you eat it. Food: 5/5

The only issue I had was that I didn't receive the extra cheese sauce I ordered. There's usually a long line, and the bathroom seems outdated, with a faucet that looks like it hasn't been updated since 1932.

I work right next to this restaurant, and I often grab my lunch here a couple of times a week. It's consistently fresh and quick, and the staff is always polite. Corin, in particular, stands out!

Don't go after lobby closed unless you're 1st or 2nd in drive thru. Can wait 15-30 minutes per car.
