This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. A few nights ago, I placed a large order of eight Crunchwrap Supremes. After paying, they told me they didn’t have them. I politely asked if we could substitute something similar, and we agreed. Instead, they gave me a $2 wrap, which was nowhere close to what I had paid for. I requested a refund or to be charged only for the wrap, but the employee didn’t understand our complaint. We asked for the manager, hoping for better service, but she was even ruder. I recently visited Taco Bell at 8330 Paradise Valley and my experience began on a bit of a sour note. The woman who took my order didn’t seem focused on customer service. Thankfully, Maritza noticed what was happening and stepped in. She truly exemplified excellent customer care. Maritza took control of my order with professionalism and showed genuine pride in representing Taco Bell. She is a remarkable team member who deserves recognition for her efforts. Thank you, Maritza! I’m generally cautious about who prepares my food, as some people treat it as just a job, but Maritza's leadership and dedication were outstanding. I hope management acknowledges her contributions. I found a sign online and on the front door that said dine-in service closes at midnight. So, I arrived at 10 PM and found the door locked. When I rang the “doorbell,” a guy in plain clothes came to the window and told me, “Yeah, dine-in is closed.” I asked what time it closed, and he hesitated before saying it was 8 PM. The drive-thru line took me nearly an hour, even though there were only four or five cars ahead of me. Once I got home and checked my bag, I discovered that my entire order was wrong. This is simply unacceptable.
This location combines KFC and Taco Bell, offering a wider menu of American-Mexican fast food options. I usually order a 3-piece or 4-piece chicken combo along with a bean and cheese burrito just in case the chicken isn't filling enough. While the service can be a bit slow at times, likely due to frequent staff changes, the convenience and variety make it a great spot. Overall, Taco Bell’s menu and location close to home make it a convenient choice.

I swing by after work sometimes, so it's late, 10:30ish. Last couple times I didn't order anything at all because I just wanted the veggie Mexican Pizza and they were out. Not sure if that's just always or I go too late? Review is for the late shiftstaff...they are AWESOME. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Seems like they might be understaffed but even when things takelonger they make chitchat, smile, just super sweet patient people.
The worst Taco Bell location in San Diego! The drive-thru always takes forever, even when it's not busy. They constantly forget sauces despite multiple reminders. Orders are often incorrect and poorly made—I received a chalupa with meat on only half of the tortilla. I recommend going to the Lemon Grove location instead of this one!
I’m truly impressed with this Taco Bell location! I dined in and also used the drive-thru, and both experiences delivered excellent food. They definitely did not hold back on the extra sour cream for my nachos, just as Taco Bells should provide. As a newcomer to the area, I’m really satisfied!
Although it's fast food, I believe it's a healthier option compared to other places. They offer vegetarian choices and allow you to customize your favorite items. This location is typically welcoming and efficient.
