The taco was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted so it was no good. The rest was okay-ish but still cold. I typically order Taco Bell alot so idk what happened this evening but i couldnt eat any of it and only asked for a refund for the taco to be respectful since I know this isnt their usual

The 5-layer BEEFY burrito I ordered had no beef in it whatsoever. I kept hoping to find it at one end of the burrito, but there was none. I’ll still take a photo of it, though. I also paid extra for add-ons, and considering that, it was quite pricey for a fast-food burrito.

Ingredients I paid extra for missing , stale chalupa and old nacho fries. Always happens with the night crew. Paid for jalapeños and extra everything in the picture is what I got

The food was served cold and soggy, clearly not prepared properly. I found it unappetizing, even after attempting to reheat it. Additionally, my drink was missing.
