On one occasion, I went in for lunch during a particularly exhausting workday, and my mood wasn't great. While waiting for my order, I noticed a friendly employee behind the register who went out of his way to offer me a complimentary drink. This simple act of kindness really lifted my spirits. If everyone were as thoughtful as he is, the world would undoubtedly be a better place.
I don’t know his name or who his manager is, but he definitely deserves recognition for his caring, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers. I hope more fast-food workers can learn from him! I want to express my gratitude for how he brightened my day with that drink offer. I’ll try to find out his name...
I ordered through the app for drive-thru pickup, but there were about 10 to 12 cars in line, so I decided to park and go inside instead. It was a bit odd that all the exterior lights were off. Inside, only kiosk and app orders were being accepted, so I'm not sure if dining in was an option. However, my order was made perfectly, even with all my customizations. My only complaint is that there were no napkins in the bag, and since I'm staying at a nearby motel, those delicious soft tacos can get a bit messy! Overall, I would definitely come back to this location. Great job, Taco Bell team!
Best experience I had this Taco Bell! The young lady who processed my order and the young lady who processed my order in the window were not only friendly but very professional and thorough! The food was also prepared for perfection and the turnaround from the order to pick up was extremely fast! My compliments to all who made this a pleasant experience and food!
The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly and welcoming! I also appreciate how willing they are to address any issues with the food and promptly apologize if there’s been a mistake. I love Taco Bell! It’s not just the delicious food that keeps me coming back; it’s also the wonderful people who work there!

eating was really good, they have forgotten an article of our order (nachos), but it was not a big thing. soda was delicious. the bank was very friendly and efficient. actually, they forgot to give us even straws, but. whatever it was good.
The staff at the restaurant truly brightened my day. Their cheerful smiles were infectious, and everyone was incredibly friendly! It was a refreshing experience.
The bathroom had a very loud fan and no soap available, so I had to use my own hand sanitizer. It makes me wonder how the employees are able to wash their hands.
great taco bell! terry is wonderful with customers. I could see him as a regional trainer for customer service. hard to find such good people.

this was a pretty big taco bell for a past, now with little to no problem as long as I am here.
Sometimes I need some tacos. I have my repair while I still enjoy the value menu.
