I had a disappointing experience with my order. They completely messed it up, almost as if it was done on purpose. One of the burritos was supposed to be a veggie burrito without cheese, but what we received had meat and melted nacho cheese all over it. This combination wasn't even part of a standard bean burrito, which makes it feel like the order was deliberately sabotaged. I can't recommend this Taco Bell. If you have dietary restrictions, be cautious—they clearly do not honor special requests, as our order was prepared in exactly the opposite way we specified.
I've been to Taco Bell a few times recently, and the food has not been fresh. It often tastes like it's two days old. I understand it's fast food, but the quality has really declined. I visited last week to get some cheesy roll-ups for my child, and a couple of times they’ve handed them to me cold with unmelted cheese. I specifically asked them to ensure the cheese was melted, but when they returned my order, it seemed they deliberately gave them to me even colder. This will be the last time I spend my money at Taco Bell. Their menu just isn't cutting it anymore.

I ordered a protein bowl and got no protein. I actually threw up after my meal. To be honest, this area ghetto. It's weird to see nice homes but service is terrible and nobody tips. People drive terribly around the area. Food handling is completely different than brea and covina. People wear gloves and mask always. My bowl didn't come with a utensils.
The worst service ever. I had 2 hungry children. 18 months and 5 year old. Ordered through the app. Got there to check the status of the Order. They said 10 more minutes. After 1 hr waiting. They said they didn't have the Ordered because they were on their 30 min break. Was charged and the order went through and didn't receive our food. Requested a refund but they could not do it and told us to dispute the charges with the credit card. What a waste of my family time.

There's not much to add since it's Taco Bell. Sometimes, this location only serves tacos and burritos, but that wasn't a problem for us since we just wanted a couple of tacos. However, they really need to train the staff on how to wrap tacos properly, as they often fall apart and spill when you take them out of the bag. Not great, Taco Bell! On the bright side, the drive-thru line usually moves quickly, and I don't mind the absence of indoor seating.
I had the worst experience at Taco Bell. I ordered through the app and waited 30 minutes after I arrived for my food, even though there were no customers in the drive-thru or inside. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, and the food was cold! I can understand delays if they were busy, but they weren't—staff members were just on their phones! This is unacceptable!
I waited to order for 10 minutes and the girl cooking just kept looking at me. Until I called her hey can someone take my order. Then 5 min later another girl came and took it. Next to the fountain drinks was a bunch of ants. Disgusting place. These young girls working there are a waste. So
They’re awful and very unhelpful. I received half my order and they were unwilling to fulfill it. Very rude and unprofessional.
