My recent experience at the Taco Bell on Beltline Road was not particularly negative, but it was quite time-consuming. I spent almost 30 minutes just waiting to reach the ordering menu, as the line stretched out into the parking lot. It seemed like they were serving only one customer at a time, from ordering to receiving their food at the window. While I understand that many establishments are short-staffed, the presence of a full crew of at least five employees in the kitchen made me question whether the problem was a lack of help or rather an issue with efficiency and training in the grill area, extending from the order takers down to the grill staff.
My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Grilled Cheese Deluxe Box, a large Pepsi, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, a spicy potato soft taco without lettuce, a large Mountain Dew with no ice, and a bean burrito. We waited a long time, and when we finally got our order, we started eating in the parking lot. Our drinks were medium instead of large because the woman said she didn’t hear us correctly. All of our meat was cold, so we ended up throwing all the food away. We will never return to this location.
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this Taco Bell. The staff were very rude, hurried me through my order, and even missed part of my order. When I tried to call the store, no one picked up. After a second call, they assured me someone would get back to me, but that never happened. I've never been treated so poorly over a simple meal. I suggest looking for food options elsewhere. I hope this review is helpful.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The cashier named Jada sounded completely uninterested and unhappy. I asked three times to have no Chipotle sauce on my burrito, yet it was still added. She sighed loudly and responded with a dismissive "mmmhhhhmmmm" when I said thank you. The guy who took my money didn’t say a single word. To top it off, my order was incorrect. Absolutely frustrating.

Server was rude! Order wasn't complete and although I had ordered online with the app....workers acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Took 3 of them to find it and it it was still incomplete. I suggested they take the option off the app to pick up inside if you could not come inside. She closed the window while I was still talking!! Ridiculous Taco Bell....
I had the worst experience I've ever encountered. Only the drive-thru was open, and it's unreasonable to expect a worker to manage multiple tasks, leading to a 45-minute wait for my food. On top of that, I had to wait 10 minutes just to place my order. Taco Bell really needs to improve its management.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The staff is welcoming, and the manager, who is a bit bald, was very polite, even when I came by to pick up a DoorDash order. Well done, Manager!

The employee seemed indifferent, and the food had a burnt flavor. It had been years since my last visit to Taco Bell, but after this experience, I won't be coming back.
The Burrito Supreme appeared to be waiting just for me, but sadly, it was ice cold.
