This experience was disappointing. The staff was unimpressive and seemed confused about their duties. If you place a pick-up order after 7 PM, be prepared for them to lock the doors and make you use the drive-thru instead. After waiting 40 minutes, I found out my order was canceled. When I mentioned that I had called ahead to explain I was stuck in the drive-thru because they locked the doors, their response was lackluster: "Sorry, that was like 30 minutes ago." I really think it would be best for the community if this place were closed down.
I ordered the "everything supreme," but unfortunately, nothing was supreme about my meal. I spent nearly $10 on a number 2 supreme, only to receive three regular tacos. The Crunchwrap supreme also lacked the promised enhancements, and the taco supreme was similarly underwhelming. Additionally, there was no sign on the front door indicating their closing time. We arrived at 8:43 PM to find the door locked, yet there were still two customers inside eating.
Our delivery driver had to wait in an extraordinarily long line. This Taco Bell is the worst one around, and everyone in town knows it. They consistently mess up our orders and take far too long. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and soggy, which is not the driver's fault. We will never order from or visit this location again.
I ordered Sierra Mist but was given seltzer water instead because they ran out of syrup. The driver had to wait in the drive-thru since they had closed the doors for walk-in customers. When I finally received my food, it was cold. This experience was really disappointing, Taco Bell! I had to throw the drinks away, and my food was cold!

Late-night deliveries from Taco Bell through Uber Eats or DoorDash aren’t very convenient. Although the website says the restaurant closes at 10 PM, it was already locked when I got there at 9 PM. There’s no need to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru when the order is ready and could easily be handed out outside.
Taco Bell, you’ve got to step it up. I ordered a Crunchwrap that looked amazing in the drive-thru ad, but what I got was thin and soggy—completely lacking any crunch. And the nacho fries? Way overpriced for such a small serving. Prices keep going up, but the quality keeps going down.
This restaurant has a new manager and is up and running again! I had to wait behind four cars, but I got my fresh food with just the right amount of hot sauce in only six minutes. Incredible! For anyone concerned about long wait times, you can relax now.
This order was much better since all the Cravings Boxes were properly packed inside their containers, making them easier to distribute. The only problem was that one box, which I paid extra for to include chips and cheese, didn’t have them.

They forgot my Burrito Supreme and only brought me nachos! I really hope I can get some sort of compensation for this.
I was missing a few items from both of the meals I ordered, and the drinks I received were incorrect.
