I can't believe how poorly this location performs. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo without tomatoes on the tacos, and they still added tomatoes. I also requested the grilled cheese steak burrito spicy, but they gave me the grilled cheese without any steak. To top it off, I ordered nacho fries and guess what? They forgot the nacho sauce! Everything I received felt like it had been sitting out for a while, as if they just didn't care to make my order correctly. It's honestly frustrating and quite disrespectful. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell during the night shift. They messed up or forgot everything.
I'm not sure who's in charge at Taco Bell, but there was no sign indicating that after 2:00 a.m., they were only accepting mobile orders. After an event in Las Vegas, the line was very long. When we reached the drive-thru speaker, we were told it was exclusively for online orders. They should at least put up a sign so customers don’t have to wait in line unnecessarily. I’m not blaming the employees, but management definitely needs to address this issue. Store number 31920. The menu may be available online, but clearer communication is essential.
I called to confirm if my order went through the app because it rarely does, and I was in a hurry to pick up my food. The woman who answered was rude and didn’t try to be understanding. When I suggested she check if the payment went through, she got defensive and said she didn’t take my money. I never accused her of that—I have experience in this business, so I know how it works. Frustrated, I just walked past and went to Jack in the Box instead. I won’t be coming back because there’s always some kind of issue with this Taco Bell.
It's 10:45PM, Roll up to order. First thing she says is, before you order we ran out of beef. I'm sorry BUT how does Taco Bell run out of beef? That's the whole menu, you're trying to tell me somehow you've managed to run out of your MAIN MEAT product. How unprepared. There's no way, I find it very unusual to run out of beef. I'm just saying. I give that place 1 star for being unreliable. Went to Taco Bell on DI and Nellis, even they said that it's impossible to run out of beef SOO that would mean they were just being lazy.

This is one of the best Taco Bells in Las Vegas. Occasionally, it might take a bit longer to receive your order, but it's always accurate and delicious. The staff is consistently friendly, even during busy times. Food: 5/5.
I’m not sure who the person was that took my order, but he was outstanding! I tried calling to get his name for recognition, but no one picked up. I really wanted to commend him for his fantastic service.
The coffee machine seems to only work when it's broken, Mariana. Mondays will no longer feel like they used to. What will tomorrow bring?
The place has really improved; they cleaned it up and remodeled since my last visit.
