Don’t come to Taco Bell unless you’re prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your order, even if it’s not rush hour—this was at 7 pm and we were literally the second car in line! After such a long wait, part of our order was missing. You’d think with all that time, they’d double-check the entire order. I’d rather drive to a different Taco Bell location. Do not come here, seriously! When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to go back inside to get it, and then just come back when my order was ready. No way—I’m not waking my baby to go back inside because of their mistake. Parents will understand. The Taco Bell menu might be tempting, but this experience was way too frustrating.
I went to this taco bell and everytime I go they hate helping me I am disabled in a wheelchair and can't reach the drink covers straws,ect. I asked for my receptionist the manager was working the counter her name is Shelby and she said the register did not print one.i explained a register has to print one to keep the register straight. She tried giving a reicept the hadfree item not my reicept. I told her what is she pocketing all money, she says register will not print a receipt for?
This place is pathetic . All the sodas were completely just carbonated water .. no syrup .. no taste , the tacos were so skimpy it was literally like eating just a taco shell by itself , i asked for my order ?for here? .. it was packaged to-go , and thedining room was filthy . Im adding the taco bell franchise to another place ill never give my business to again . Extremely overpriced for what you get . Stay away . Especially this location ? they are horrible! You?ve been warned !
The service at Taco Bell was quick and friendly. I used my rewards and took advantage of my Taco pass to enjoy some of my favorite items from the menu.

Good customer service, but the chicken portions in every burrito I’ve tried here have been disappointing.
