The kids said none of the food was hot. It was warm. Being that my daughter used to work here we know what times they switch out certain foods like the ground beef, steak, chicken, and the potatoes.. Not sure why the food was not fresh because we were there at 4:15. They said the Taco Bell that I normally take them to taste way better than this one. It’s best to find one that works best for you where you know the crewmembers and when and how they switch out their food. It is important to toss it after a specific time to ensure freshness that no one gets a stomachache. This is why they got three stars. Overall, I had a positive experience. It was a bit disappointing that they no longer serve fries, but the service was fast and very accommodating. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. I traveled about half a mile, passing both Burger King and McDonald's to reach it. The prices are still quite reasonable.

Every time we have purchased items from Taco Bell, La Puente, one or more items have been left off our order and no receipt has been included as proof of purchase My kids love Taco Bell and we always end up going back to pick up the missing items

Tired of them getting my order wrong through the drive thru when I specifically ask for no tomatoes in my food due to a food allergy and they never listen.
