It's surprising if you even get a chance to order here since they are almost always closed. The last three times I visited, it was the same issue. Do they mark the register as "Not working" half an hour before closing? When I reached out to customer service, they offered me two coupons for a dollar tobacco, which I declined because I found it to be a careless and poor gesture. It seems Taco Bell no longer values its customers.
The service was unsatisfactory and the quality was disappointing. The staff was extremely slow and seemed unaware of their hours of operation, frequently closing early and opening later than planned. There seems to be a lack of management, as the employees are mostly young and recently graduated from high school, and they struggle to prepare even basic fast food items correctly.
I encountered a complete lack of professionalism from the front-of-house staff. Not only did the server use profanity, but they also remarked, “I’m still high,” while I was flirting with my fiancée while we placed our order. When my fiancée tried to make her selection, the server dismissed her with a “naw” and told her to “go elsewhere if you want.” We will not be returning!
My visit to the Taco Bell at Gallery Mall was disappointing because of the rude behavior of the female manager, who was seen handing money to an employee in a questionable way. Reserva una mesa ahora
Thanks to mobile ordering you'll be waiting to receive you're food for like an hour. Just ridiculous. Employees making mistakes rushing no wonder they quit the next day!
Ordered online and received expired food. The taco shells were stale and the ground beef was rotten! We will not be ordering from here again!
