They claimed they were short-staffed, which can happen, but it took over 10 minutes between every order, and I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes just to be seen. I could have made a crispy taco and chalupa faster myself, no problem. There’s really no excuse for this slow service. To make matters worse, after finally waiting that long for my food, it wasn’t even fresh; it was greasy and clearly had been sitting around for too long. If you can’t serve customers in under ten minutes, maybe you should consider closing down. My whole experience took almost an hour from start to finish.
constantly eating wrong. or eat old. rock hard chalupa shells, soggy ice cold soft tacos. in the last few months I was there, my order was wrong every time. I don't care that I have to wait 20 minutes for fresh food. I understand that the problems were all faced, but, waiting long waiting times and getting old, bad, or just eating unjustified, is unacceptable. they go to any other tb than this, they avoid it to all cost.
We went to place our order and ended up waiting 20 minutes, only to find that every single burrito we ordered was incorrect. We got two steak burritos and one with a different filling, but they all were filled with the wrong meats. We specifically ordered one without rice, yet it came with rice, and the spicy burrito didn't have any jalapeños in it. We're extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
Amateur hour at this T bell for sure. It is consistently slow, regardless if there is 10 or 2 cars. Today I spent 30 minutes in line at 7 o'clock and it was chaos back there. You're not even dealing with the drunk people rush after the bars close so there really isn't an excuse for it. Mind you, these are the same kind of people that want $20 an hour for their hard work. Just ridiculous.

I was surprised by how slow the service was for such a simple order. Every customer was instructed to wait, but it didn't make sense when no one was being served. Everyone ended up waiting 15 minutes per car for their food. There was a complete lack of organization and concern. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
Waited approximately 8 minutes in line before it was officially 10 pm they said they were closed. 3 cars were ahead of me. Guy started to take my order but then realized his mistake. I honestly didn't know the store hours but I felt some customers should be honored before it's officially 10pm.
Extremely slow service. They make people wait over 20 minutes when “your order is ready but the taco in front of you is not”, rather than have that order pull forward. Will not be back, total wait time 17 minutes when there was only 3 cars in line.
All of the employees need to get fired they need to hire new staff. This location is absolutely horrible. Go to a different location until you see the reviews on here start to look better

Got an attitude from management hung up on after I got a fully burnt food waited 30 min was told to come get a refund if I didn't like it funny right and they want 15 an hour SMH
