This place is mediocre at best. its not necessarily bad but its not good either. Its pretty hit or miss. Sometimes thing go okay, and other times there are problems. Like I've come here before and after I told them my whole order they decided to finally tell me they had no taco meat in the store even tho they were supposed to be open for another 3 hrs, how do even run out of taco meat at taco bell?? I wouldve just pulled off but I was stuck in the long line so we just got our stuff with chicken instead, but honestly I should've just waited to drive off bc it was so bad with the chicken. Since they've renovated the store there service has gotten better tho, so I will give them props to that....
Employees were too busy telling each other stories and giving each other a hard time to actually take care of customers. I heard one young female (certainly cannot call her a lady) say the 'F ' word three times while I was waiting to be noticed at the front counter to pay cash for my order. Took two more visits to get a fork to eat my chicken bowl. The tables in the dining room didn 't appear to have been washed in a while either. All in all, a disappointing experience.
This Taco Bell is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. My taco is two straws wide. I’m actually surprised they didn’t just say they were out of beef that’s usually what they say here.. I wouldn’t go there. Also to the rude hood rat with the green hair I think you should find a new job your customer service cussing and attitude suggests you don’t wanna be there. Do us all a favor and find a new job.
This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They mess up our order every single time we visit. Eating here consistently makes us feel sick. The customer service is awful, and the staff is extremely rude. Tonight, our food had a strange taste, and honestly, I wouldn’t have eaten it at all because the guy who handed it to us was picking his nose in front of the register and the drive-thru window. I waited in line for too long. Several staff members noticed that I was standing there with cash but didn't come to take my order. Eventually, someone approached the counter, placed an order for someone else, and then walked away without acknowledging me. After 10 minutes, someone finally asked if I was ready to order. I was disappointed with the level of customer service.
Order was given twice! Received the wrong order anyways! When I returned the wrong order the order was remade. When I received the new order the food was messy and thrown together. Food was not even properly wrapped!! Sour cream was all over the outside of the wrappers and half the taco filling was in the bottom of the bag. I myself will NOT return to this location ever!!
never fails every time I left here, because the remodel always lacks something and the product is very minimal on the meat. the workers look like they hate being there and always seem angry no matter how late you go. all in all I live the street and use to go all the time, but lately I have seen myself, to other places or restaurants all together.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the Twin Cities I’ve been too. Ridiculous wait times even when you’re there alone. Rude employees that are pretty much incompetent. Would suggest driving an extra 2 miles too a different one even with gas being 5$ a gallon. Reserva una mesa ahora
