Went through drive through good service good food. Wrong order couple times. Manager made it good inthe past. I have ask repeatedly for a receipt over a period of couple months. No receipt. I even ask the manager for a receipt during that time spand, no receipt. I called the Manger, ask, why am I not receiving a receipt, Jason, he told me, you did not ask for a receipt. I told, Jason, I need a receipt everytime. I have told you when you were working the window, I need a a receipt, not receiving a receipt, just as your employee 's address the issue. I 'm very disappointed with your decisions, Jason, thus will not be back to your location. I 'm so disappointed with you and your employee trying to prove me as a adversaries issue. I think you and your cowork have a serious issue with your process of business to cut ratings for your own personal gain. I 'm very disappointed with your process. I don 't appreciate your coworker, window attendant, telling me to come up and get my receipt, when she grabbed the phone or chimed in on a conference call, letting me know to come to your store location to pick up my receipt. I 'm so disappointed with your lack of management skills. I 'll never be back to your location, as you suggested, why do I come to this, Taco Bell. You operate dysfunctionally, Jason. So disappointed, with this act at your location.

Quite frequently this Taco Bell drive-thru is slow, so we go inside and order via the kiosk. Today when we went, the doors were locked, so we decided to try the drive-thru. As usual it was very slow. After getting our food, we stopped to double check in the parking lot because we've had issues with not getting all of our food before. Sure enough, we were missing multiple items and several items weren't correct. We had to go back through the drive-thru because the door to the building was locked. I told them that I had just been through the drive-thru and was missing food. A different guy, not the girl taking orders, jumps on and is very rude and aggressive. Yelling at me that I didn't order what I claimed to have ordered and if I wanted it, I would have to pay an up-charge. We wanted chicken instead of beef on the soft tacos. While I understand that this is an up-charge, most places would own their mistake for messing up a good portion of the order and just replace the two soft tacos instead of demanding that we pay the $1 or whatever up-charge. All said and done, we spent 45 minutes there and still came home with a messed up order.

I ordered from the group menu the 4 tacos and 4 stacked burritos. I just got home to eat, but I am very disappointed. The amount of meat inside the tacos and burritos is insanely small!! But on the bright side, there is lots of lettuce in the tacos and beans in the burritos, but almost no meat!! What a ripoff! I definitely will NOT be returning to this Taco Bell and if the other stores are the same way, I will no longer be eating at any Taco Bell.

Lobby has always been locked every time I have tried to go here. Can not order inside. Drive thru is slow and rude, if they even answer at all, and good luck with your order actually being correct. Do not recommend this location at all.
