I have been ordering takeout and delivery from Taco Bell since 2020 when the pandemic began, and I have never had any issues with my orders. Their vegetarian options are the best! I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, but there was absolutely no rice in it—not even a single grain. I also checked my grilled cheese burrito, and it was the same situation. The person working the drive-thru was fantastic, but it seems the food preparation staff could use some improvement.
The food was good, but they've switched to an automated menu, which is quite complicated to navigate. I ordered a chicken taco and ended up with a chicken empanada. I was too hungry to complain about it. However, the service was prompt and friendly.
I think it was the manager who is so nice and ingenious that they are so understaffed, but he is always beautiful and on sundays when they are busy, he makes it a point to be the best and have a great attitude.

We didn't have to wait long at Taco Bell. We ordered our usual favorite, the Crunchwrap Supreme, and it was delicious as usual!
