Location does not respect their listed hours (on Google and in Door Dash) and has rude management.I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes to pick up a door dash order which was accepted by the location and marked for me to pick up only to be told by an employee who was taking the trash out that they were closed! I was not the only door dasher there for a pick up, so this impacted multiple people.When I did approach the window, I asked the manager why they were accepting orders if they are closed and was essential ignored was told were closed hand then they walked away. We visited this restaurant for dinner with family last night. It wasn't our first choice, as the youngest wanted Taco Bell, and we had previously agreed to it. We dined in, and the wait wasn't too long—everything we ordered was hot and correct. However, the biggest drawback was how cold the restaurant was. We had to grab hoodies from the car just to be able to eat comfortably; otherwise, we were left shivering. Because it was so cold, our hot food turned cold quickly. I understand that the cooking area is warmer than the dining room, but it seems like the restaurant should have separate cooling systems for different areas. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. The parking lot is a mess, with only one entrance and exit, which left me trapped in the drive-thru behind half a dozen cars. After waiting for thirty minutes, I finally placed my order, specifically requesting a bean crunch wrap with no beef. However, what I received was just a pile of vegetables and sour cream—no beans at all. Frustrated, I attempted to leave, but the state of the parking lot only made things worse. This location desperately needs either a relocation or a renovation. While I understand that mistakes happen, the engineers really need to address the poor design of the parking lot and entrance/exit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This location has been going downhill for awhile now. It doesn't matter if you go through drive through, attempt to order in the store, or order online, you will be waiting a half hour or more. This past time it took over 45 minutes for a basic order. They are completely unorganized, you have to lean in and actively request help because they otherwise ignore you, and they barely put any fillings in anything you order. When they originally opened it was phenomenal, but now I would NEVER recommend this place.
Usually slow and understaffed.. not the employees fault really if they never have enough people working. But today it is so cold inside I can literally see my breath. No exaggeration. It's 90 degrees on an August summer day and it's so cold in here that I can see my breath..... Maybe. Just maybe. You could stop wasting energy and money on unnecessarily cold air conditioning and just hire more people. Crazy idea I know.
the ta worstco bell knows. the quality of eating, to wait more than 20 minutes to get eat especially at an almost food joint, this place is never close to offering the worst customer service ever. either they get better employees or better management. this franchisee and its location are a sweat. better, taco bell.
really terrible waiting times. always. avoid them at all costs. they also get wrong and don't waste time to order online and think they save time. they don't even know what the order is. pure ineptitude all around, which is a embarrassment. must hire people from the road. also terrible parking.

I have a milk allergy and can't eat anything. it's almost impossible to find food I can eat. tacos are always great, even without cheese. simply add salad and tomato to meat. it is always good in a prise and everyone loves tacos!
It took 20 min for my order to come out. Since I was dining inside and took even longer. Customer service is very poor and the place was a mess.The food was ok at best.The need more people there with customer service experience
