Thankfully, they noticed and brought it up to the drive-thru worker, who then gave them their correct order. When it was finally my turn, I paid and received my food—but four tacos were missing. They took my order back and remade the same two tacos, but unfortunately, the issue didn't get any better. When I mentioned that I was still missing four tacos and my chips, they took the bag back again. After about ten minutes, the manager approached the window and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She insisted I was wrong and that the tacos were fine, ignoring my complaints about the mess. I pointed out that the bag I received wasn't the same one they originally gave me, and she responded by rolling her eyes and asserting it was the remade bag.

This place doesn't even deserve one star! The restaurant was filthy, with everything covered in stickiness and clumps of hair scattered in the bathroom. The entire space smelled like urine—it was absolutely revolting. On top of that, the customer service was terrible! I understand that many places are understaffed, but they could have at least acknowledged my presence or pointed me to the kiosk, which I had no idea existed, so I could place my order. I ended up leaving without getting any food. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The Taco Bell on South Willow Street has really declined recently. Whenever I order a Power Bowl, something is always missing. On my latest visit, there were no tomatoes, guacamole, or beans, and they didn't even inform me that those items were unavailable. I always ask for no cheese, yet they still included it all melted in the bowl, making it impossible to remove. It's incredibly frustrating! After so many disappointing experiences, we've decided that we won't be returning to that location again.

I was picking up an UberEATS order and had to wait more than 15 minutes before anyone greeted me or asked who I was picking up for. Despite the restaurant not being busy, they hadn’t even started my order. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for five items to be prepared. This Taco Bell has really declined and is no longer worth ordering from. I strongly suggest going to a different Taco Bell location instead.
My friend and I visited the restaurant, and both of us are deaf. We waited at the counter for about five minutes, but the staff completely ignored us. Two women approached us to ask what we wanted to order, but then they walked away without taking our order. In the meantime, other customers arrived, and the staff served them promptly. I wish I could give this Taco Bell location zero stars because my experience has been consistently disappointing. I've ordered from here three times, and each time they've mixed up my order with someone else's. It happened again tonight. It's not that difficult to pay attention and get the orders right. I would not recommend this Taco Bell; it's simply awful.
