The staff is friendly, but make sure to double-check your order before leaving. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, both times my order was completely wrong. When I called to report that items were missing and other items were incorrect, they took my name but seemed confused about my concerns when I followed up. A few weeks later, I ordered through DoorDash, and out of the four items I requested, three were unavailable. It can take up to seven days to receive a refund. So, I would recommend checking your order while you're there, as it's often incorrect or items are out of stock. I won't be returning. Management never reached out or apologized for the issues.
For some, this may not seem significant, but for me, it means everything! This Tacoglocke has knives, and oh my goodness, what a joy! Every time we stop here on our road trip to state 13, the restaurant is always immaculate. The bathrooms are well-kept, and today, we were lucky enough to be served by Hannah H. She was not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful and truly went above and beyond! We had a wonderful experience today. Thank you!
The girl wearing the Victoria's Secret mask had a very poor attitude during our entire visit. She served us a slushy that was terrible—overfilled and completely melted by the time it got to me. When my sister kindly asked for some sauce that wasn’t originally offered, the girl responded with an annoyed attitude for having to wait an extra minute. We spent nearly $40 on this order and really hope you can improve your staff.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They completely forgot one of my meals, and when I called to discuss the issue, they mentioned they were in a hurry, which resulted in five items missing from my order. Moreover, they also messed up the items I did receive. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with staff that didn't seem to be up to the task.

I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! The customer service was outstanding. For the first time ever, I truly enjoyed my visit. The manager and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose based on what I was craving. The restaurant was clean, and even the restrooms had a pleasant smell. I highly recommend stopping by!
I recently ordered three supreme hard shell tacos, and I noticed a peculiar taste and an unusual smell coming from the shells. I'm uncertain if they used a different type of shell or if someone had something on their hands while preparing the food. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience at all.

Went thru the drive thru was told I could not place a second order. I would have to drive around I don't fully understand what the problem is. Just wanted to paybfor my orders separately worst customer service ever.

I always have a fantastic experience at this location. I would say it's the best Taco Bell in the whole county.
