When I told the staff I was missing food from my order, a different employee—not the one who initially took our order—responded rudely and aggressively. He shouted that I hadn’t ordered what I said and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted the correct items. We asked for chicken instead of beef on the soft tacos, which I understand might usually cost more. However, most restaurants would admit their mistake for such a major error and replace the two soft tacos without charging extra. In the end, we spent 45 minutes there and still left with the wrong order.
I ordered the group menu items: 4 tacos and 4 stacked burritos. I just got home to eat, and I'm really disappointed. The amount of meat in both the tacos and burritos is ridiculously small! On the plus side, there is plenty of lettuce in the tacos and beans in the burritos, but almost no meat at all! What a letdown! I will definitely NOT be coming back to this Taco Bell, and if the other locations are just as bad, I won't be eating at any Taco Bell again.
The employees are so rude. Also last time I was there they would have you order your food then wait in the parking lot for 10 min for them to bring it out. The lady that brought the food out was wearing gloves but she was touching my food, the door, the wet floor sign that was holding the door open and who knows what else.
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want taco sauce with their tacos, but when ordering online or through delivery, there’s no option to add sauce, so it should be included automatically. Yet, I often receive my order without any sauce! Plus, you can’t even ask the driver to bring it.

The drive-thru attendant was quite rude and unhelpful, despite me repeatedly explaining that I was sitting on the passenger side and couldn’t see everything on the lower part of the menu. If my 4-year-old granddaughter hadn’t picked this place to eat, I would have walked away.
Lobby has always been locked every time I have tried to go here. Can not order inside. Drive thru is slow and rude, if they even answer at all, and good luck with your order actually being correct. Do not recommend this location at all.

The young lady who worked the drive thru window this eve was always is very pleasant. I usually pass up closer restaurants to come to this taco bell. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
