I wasn't very happy with my experience. It took a long time to get my food, and the staff didn't clean or sanitize the tables. If customers are going to sit inside, they should either use the single table or the barstool near the ordering area where they can watch people, otherwise, they should sit at a larger table that can accommodate more people. I ordered the $5 meal, which was good—it included a taco, burrito, a drink, and cinnamon twists, though I swapped the twists for cheese and chips. Next time, I'll try the new Taco Bell location.

Ordering went slow due to training, completely understandable. But when given clarification on the order, the person taking the order and doing the training chose to move forward with the incorrect order. She ensured us she would get the right items in the bag. We sat at the window for about 20 minutes, to find that not only is there cinnamon all over the burritos, but the two we were promised were going to be corrected, were not what we ordered. USE EVERY OPPORTUNITY AS A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY, that’s how you create employees.

I understand that Taco Bell is fast food and my expectations shouldn't be too high, but you might want to save yourself some time by skipping the 40-minute drive-thru line and choosing a sit-down place like Applebee's or Hwy 55 instead. This is the third time in a row I haven’t received the sauces I requested after they asked me if I wanted any (of course, I do!). They didn’t cut my quesadilla into triangles, which is a minor issue on my part. Plus, they frequently run out of menu ingredients.

The drive-thru at Taco Bell is consistently over a 20-minute wait. They really need to improve their speed in getting through the line. Additionally, having the menu displayed further down the line would help customers know what they want before ordering. Just my two cents — a 30-minute lunch break doesn’t quite work with Taco Bell’s wait times. Reserva una mesa ahora

We went to the drive-thru twice. No one even answered to take our order. We stopped at the window they walked to it and looked at us. Felt discriminated against. Place looks rundown. Nobody really goes to that location now that the new one has opened. Ican see whyy

Out of 30 times I've ordered in the past only about twice have I genuinely gotten the right order. Half if not ALL of my order is ALWAYS incorrect. Go to taco John's, at least they are generally 50/50.
