Waited over 45 minutes inside becasue they couldn’t do drive thru app orders. Went inside for my order never was called never acknowledged . Had to rush back to work came back and order still wasn’t ready. There were 20 people waiting inside for orders and everyone was ignored while they worked on drivethru orders and ignored in store orders.
this position is extremely slow. the half of the time I get my food, the nacho cheese spills everywhere into the bag, because the lid was not properly placed. if I have to wait almost half an hour if there are only 2-3 cars in front of me, my food could be prepared and properly packed. why work here if they don't want to do their job
Took 25 mins to get a taco! After grocery shopping I drove through to grab a bite. so all my food was sitting in the bed of my truck. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 25 mins to get a taco! Then I completely regretted even eating that nasty thing bc it upset my stomach. I am officially done with Taco hell! Gross! ?
the manager refused to serve my brother because he did not know how to process the ordering machine inside, she told him to find out. as a customer helped him, she refused to take his money and said she would not serve him today. very rude and unacceptable Reserva una mesa ahora
The Food, I'll Let The Individual Make An Opinion If Ever Anyone Goes To This Store. They're Slow On The Drive-@Thru Because They're Understaffed. Other Than That, The Customer Service Is Good. Respectful And Clear Communication.
Very slow service it took 20 mins to get our food. They forgot our nachos and our burrito and pintos were cold. They were very rude and nobody working the counter.
