Tonight, I ordered a party pack box and found that someone had added an excessive amount of salt to the nachos. The salt left my fingers and the bottom of the box covered in residue. I attempted to eat them, but the saltiness was overwhelming for my tongue. I called several times to report the issue, but no one answered, and I couldn't get through to resolve the situation. I really hope no one else experiences this. I can't help but wonder if the person who prepared it was having a bad day or just didn't care. While the presentation deserved a 5-star rating, the experience of trying to eat it was only worth 1.5 stars.
I don’t visit Taco Bell often, but the food is genuinely delicious! I wish their menu included more options that are lower in salt, fat, and calories. While I understand that most people don’t expect healthy choices at a fast food spot, it would be wonderful to see some tasty, healthier items added. Every time I’ve been there, the restaurant has been impressively clean and well-kept, with spotless restrooms as well. It’s refreshing to experience such cleanliness at a fast food place!
You might feel lucky if they actually take your order. In the past month, I've visited the drive-thru twice, and both times they were only catering to food delivery service orders. On one occasion, they wouldn't even sell me two sodas! The staff is generally friendly, but there are moments when they can be quite unhelpful. I’ve attached a picture from the one time they did take my order, only to make me wait around the corner even though there was no one behind me.
The posted hours indicated this Taco Bell would be open until midnight on Friday. We arrived just before 10 PM and waited in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes before reaching the speaker, only to be told that they were only accepting DoorDash orders at that time. We then waited in line for another 20 minutes before finally leaving—without any tacos.

I've visited this Taco Bell four times now, and I've yet to actually get my food. No matter what time I go, the staff seem more interested in chatting than serving customers. Even when my order shows as ready on my phone, I arrive on time only to find out they are closed. This is incredibly frustrating and really needs to be fixed.
This Taco Bell has completely lost our business. Even though we live just a few minutes away, we’re willing to travel further to go to a different Taco Bell. Please fix these issues! (Also, I’m not sure why it says I’m a former employee—that's inaccurate.)
I've been to this restaurant a few times, and I've consistently found that they stop answering the drive-thru at least 30 minutes before closing time. It’s quite frustrating.
Outstanding service delivered with a warm and friendly smile. Truly appreciated. The atmosphere is delightful.

The food is not only overpriced, but they also seem to have trouble keeping track of time.
My food looked picture-perfect and tasted incredible! The drive-thru was quick as well.
