I don’t understand how Taco Bell, being such a large and profitable company across the United States and beyond, can have the audacity to ask customers to round up their totals for donations to college students, especially during this tough economic time with rising gas and grocery prices. As someone with three college students myself, I find it frustrating that they’re asking for our spare change when they could easily donate as a large corporation. I won’t be visiting Taco Bell until they stop this practice. Who do they think we are amid all this chaos with inflation and high costs? They should step up and make a donation themselves, considering their vast resources.
I want to share my experience because I often take a while to place my order at drive-thrus. The woman who helped me that night, just before closing, was incredibly nice, kind, and helpful—exactly what I needed that day. Thank goodness for her! The food was fresh and tasted fantastic, making it a great experience overall. I highly recommend this place. I usually reserve five stars for exceptional experiences, but everything—from the service to the food and cleanliness—was outstanding, so they absolutely deserve them. I also received the exact amount and type of hot sauce I requested, which is rare. Keep up the excellent work! You are my number one choice!
I was truly impressed by the customer service at this Taco Bell. I usually place my order at the drive-thru, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There’s hardly any wait time, and the quality of the food remains steady. This has been one of my better fast food experiences, comparable to Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out.
I went through the drive-thru and had a pleasant experience with the staff, who were all very nice. I specifically went there for the Mexican pizza, but unfortunately, they were out of it and couldn’t tell me when it would be available again. As a result, I had to order something else.

The manager, Shirley, is incredible—one of the best I've ever encountered. She went out of her way to assist my child, who has some challenges, and I have a lot of respect for her! It’s a fantastic place for teens and young individuals to work.
I was impressed by how quickly they prepared my order—thankful for that! I needed to return to work, so I was in a rush. As for parking, there are plenty of spots available at this Taco Bell.
I finally got my favorite dish, the Mexican Pizza! However, it seems they've changed the recipe. The tortilla shell tastes different, and I noticed the enchilada sauce is missing!
2 stars because I ordered and paid for 12 burritos and I only got 5. Doesn't help its 45 minutes away and I was almost home when I found out. Shameful...
