This location is horrible. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, waited 15 mins in line. No cars were moving so I decided to go inside and order. Turns out everyone was in the back (including manager) messing around with no headsets on. Onlyreason why I still ordered was because the girl was being friendly. I spent $30. As I am getting my drink I see roaches aroundthe area where the drinks were. I was disgusted! When I got home I lost my appetite. My husband told me the chalupas were oldand nasty. Horrible quality. I called to speak to the manager the next day she did not seem to care at all. I live near the areaand from now on I will spend my money at Del Taco.
I ordered 6 tacos for my husband at Taco Bell but only received one. What upset me even more was when the woman got the man's drink in front of me wrong—she gave him both the incorrect and correct drinks, then told me I could just order again. No, I told you exactly what I needed the first time. Considering the mistakes, I believe I should have received my tacos for free, just like the man got his large freeze. The Taco Bell menu needs better attention to detail.
Very disappointed. I ordered two bean burritos, and they were about the size of my cell phone—tiny! There were hardly any beans and just a pinch of cheese. They were folded into a rectangle smaller than my phone. A small drink costs $1.99, but it's really small too. The burritos used to be a decent size with plenty of beans, cheese, and onions. Now, they're just insulting to the customer, with smaller tortillas and barely any filling. Truly disappointing.
Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite dining spots, but they've removed all my go-to items: tostadas, triple layer nachos, and french fries (which are fantastic if you can order them without the taco seasoning), along with the 7 layer burrito and other vegetarian options.

I was really impressed with this place! The customer service is excellent. Just before handing me my order, the employee at the window double-checked my bag and kindly announced what was inside. Plus, my Burrito Supremes came with extra sour cream!
Yes I agree this location is the slowest in bakersfield the manager had no gitty up team members young but moving old I deliver food also ....hate being sent to that location example....two items then 15 minute wait ????
I'm so happy my favorite item is back on the menu! Even though it's been changed a bit and isn't exactly the same as before, it's still my favorite—the Mexican Pizza!
I primarily use DoorDash, but I feel bad because this Taco Bell is really slow! Sometimes they miss an item but everything is packaged well. No issues with quality.

The service was much improved compared to my last visit. There are several new employees, and their experience really shines through.
This is the Taco Bell I grew up with and can probably blame for all my fatness and health problems buuuut I ain't even mad .
