I came for a Mexican pizza, but they sold out they said. I ordered a #3, 3 taco supremes. First issue was that the gold chain bedecked teenager who took my order talked very fast and soft. I asked her to repeat herself over and over again. She would notspeak up, and she would not slow down. I got the distinct impression I was a bother to her. Second issue was the sour creme onmy tacos tasted funny. The tomatoes were old. They were hard to choke down. Perhaps it was fake sour creme. Next, the napkin andhot sauce dispenser was gone. I got no napkins, and no hot sauce. Next, all the tables were sticky. Clean looking, but sticky.I 've seen this before. Drown a bucket of soap with a little water...
I had a great experience at Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. The cashier, who had just returned from break, kindly opened the door for us as we entered. He was exceptionally courteous and polite. I was so impressed that I even completed the survey on my receipt. The food was delicious, and overall, I really enjoyed my visit. Their menu offers some tasty options!
This Taco Bell is easily the worst in Bakersfield. The morning staff are always friendly, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. However, after noon, the experience quickly turns into a nightmare. The shift leaders become rude and act as if I’ve done something wrong. I strongly recommend visiting this location only in the morning and choosing a different Taco Bell after breakfast hours.
I dine at Taco Bell nearly every day, usually about 4 to 5 times a week. I typically choose 1 or 2 items from a selection of 5. I always make sure to take advantage of a complimentary senior drink. I enjoy browsing the internet while I eat and usually bring home at least one item to microwave for another meal. I can't even express how much money I save by eating at Taco Bell.

Ordered thru the drive thru, the girl that took my order was very rude and had an attitude, went home and when I opened up my bag one of my Taco's wasn't not even wrapped up everything fell on the bag, ok. Then I bite into one of my potato Taco and ithad a freaken hair. Worst service ever!!!! ????
This Taco Bell location was clean, the food arrived promptly, and the staff was excellent. I visited just after lunch, and with a high school nearby, the store remained tidy and well-maintained.
During my visits to Taco Bell, I've always found the food to be served promptly and fresh. The staff does an excellent job of creating a pleasant experience for customers.
I love their coffee! I know it might be surprising, but it’s really good—smooth and medium strength, not as strong as McDonald's or Starbucks. Yum!
