When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4 hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can't change my order at the window. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price. Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Bad customer service skills. Every time I visit this Taco Bell, they're either only accepting DoorDash orders or not taking orders at all. The staff can be rude, unhelpful, and it feels like there's a lack of care. The food often tastes old, with hard taco shells, especially the chalupas. You'll end up waiting around 20 minutes just to pay, or they’ll make you back up in the curved drive-thru. If you have a truck, avoid this location—they’ll make you back out because they’re not doing their job properly.
I love this Taco Bell! It?s 2:32 am, and after a long drawn out shift, food was the only thing on my mind! They guy on the speaker was funny, personable , and wasn?t rushing me at all!!!! The food was nice and HOT ! Lettuce was crunchy! Food was delicious!!!! I would give them 7 stars if I could! Great Job !
I really enjoy their food, but I wish they would keep more items on the menu instead of taking them off! I absolutely loved the Chili Cheese Burrito with Fritos! I still miss the old Combo Burrito (beans and beans). Luckily, they still make that for me when I visit.

The food was extremely delicious, and the portion sizes for the ingredients were generous, even on the value menu. They were a bit conservative with the hot sauce, but nothing is perfect!
Every time we visit Taco Bell, the food is usually good. However, recently they seemed careless with the menu. This time, they completely forgot the beef on my soft tacos.
That was the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. The service was outstanding, especially compared to some others I've been to in the past few weeks. I absolutely loved it!
I used the drive-thru, and the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and freshly prepared.
