This is easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s that I’ve been too. Every single time I order something it’s wrong, wrong meet, wrong drink, the drinks taste foul like the the tubes haven’t been replaced or the co2 is bad. Sprites are flat or just taste absolutely foul. The managers blame it on new employees instead of not properly training the new employees. But I’ve seen the same employees there for months. I’ve ordered 10-15 times from this Taco Bell in the past 6-7 months. Almost every order has been wrong. The manager was blatantly rude, stating “she knows the order was correct” even though I stated I just opened it and seen things on there I didn’t want. I mean it was right in front of me...
Worst and slowest taco bell that I have ever experienced.Huge taco bell fan here. I even worked at one some time ago.I can never come here without my order being messed up one way or another, I've litterally waited over an hour in this line more than once.The one good thing I can say is the customer service isn't the worst.But even tho I live a mile away from this location I would rather go 3 or 4 miles down to the elm road taco bell over this dumpster fire.
Terrible service. Sat in the drive thru for half an hour. Finally get to the order box, sat for another 5 minutes and no one took order or asked if we could hold a moment. We thought maybe there may have been a problem with the speaker box. Get to the window ask if speaker in back is not working. Went inside to order waited at counter and nobody came to take our order. So we left. Will go to different taco bell from now on.
idk changed something, but I had the steak burrito and something else with steak. they were unbeatable. the steak peices were like small carvings of mudy dog food and we are so bitter. I was wasting all my money. my wife couldn't eat her meal because she was gone. she had that huh. it was a few months of meaning that I went there, but what changed. good night, dear taco.

The one in champion is atrocious!!! The wait time is RIDICULOUS (34-45 minutes in line). Always forgetting items, never a hello or thank you Or sorry about the 45 minute wait we appreciate your patience Or have a good night . I don 't know what happened to this location, but we will never go back. Too many immature punks who have zero work ethic.
every time we came through this drive thru, they were from everything. of course not the fault of the employee. management reeeeeaaaaaaaaaally has to increase food: 1/5
The workers were great, funny and seemed to want to really help you. The food was great, was hot and fast. I will only go to this one, instead of Middlefeild. CVS soon
waits 20 minutes on the drive thru and no one took my order the workers saw me drive away so I know they were there? I just wanted taco bell.

Waited 30 min for my order. Waiting on people coming through the drive-thru was more important. Gonna be a long time before I go back!
Purchased Burrito Supreme they were nothing but sauce and refried bean.they were so sloppy we could not eat them. Very unsatisfied.
