Worst taco bell ever. Let me start by saying I own a small business and know how petty some people can be with negative reviews. This is my second time ordering from this location. The 1st time I let it slide with stake chalupa shells. This time was it was the same thing. Chalupa shells were old,hard,chewy and tasted like old grease. It literally broke apart when I was eating it. The soft taco shell was hard around the edges. I ordered a side of nacho cheese and recieved a ¼ of the container full. 0 sauce packs that I asked for.
Here's another 3-star review. They really need to stop forgetting items in drive-thru orders; it's consistently frustrating. The regular tacos are now just soggy; it seems like the lettuce isn't properly drained, which is unappetizing. Prices have gone up, and it costs even more in gas to go back and check your order. Overall, the food is still very good.
Went to the drive-thru placed my order quickly and paid for it. Then I was told to pull up by the door to wait for my order. Everyone in the parking lot was waiting for their drive-thru order. They brought me someone else's order twice and it was 20 minutes later when I got my order. The food was ice cold I will never go there again.
The young staff at this restaurant could use some improvement. Often, when you place an order, you receive something different than what you requested. It seems like they might benefit from some additional training in reading, writing, and following instructions.

This is legit the best Taco Bell in the area. I lovingly refer to it as the Goth Taco Bell because of the alt kids I see working there, which makes my heart happy. The staff are always really nice and somehow they make the best chalupas. Very consistent. 12/10.
A very friendly team of staff. Food is always served hot and well prepared. They also give so many napkins you can keep a few in the car. Good food and friendly people basically what everyone wants when they're retrieving food.
I do DoorDash and often pick up food from various places while delivering. I’ve never had any issues at this Taco Bell. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and so far, the food has always been fresh and tasty.
Terrible time. Waited 30mins to get the wrong food. How do you mistakenly put beef on a item that doesn’t even normally have meat on it. Can’t say I should expect much more from a bunch of wiggerish staff.

12 crispy tacos with no meat, no lettuce, nothing. Want my money back and additional consideration/ very disappointed, total waste
