I found this location to be quite disappointing for late-night visits (after 8 PM). We've attempted to come here several times, only to leave because their card processing system was down. Tonight, we stopped by the drive-thru at 10:38 PM and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes because our order was completely wrong. Since the dining room was closed, we went back to the drive-thru, and the speaker informed us that their system was down. We explained that we were returning due to the incorrect order, and they advised us to drive around. When we did, they informed us they were out of hard taco shells and asked if we wanted a substitute, which we accepted. However, our order was still entirel...

I just finished work and was very hungry, so I decided to stop by Taco Bell at 1:45. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Burrito Supreme, both without sour cream. When I got to the payment window, I wanted to double-check my order, but I had to repeat it three times. When I finally got home, I discovered that both my Crunchwrap and Burrito had sour cream on them. I'm really disappointed because this place usually has great food, which is why I chose to come here in the first place. On top of that, the deep fryer was out of order, and I was really looking forward to adding some cheese and taco sauce to my burrito. Thank you.

I ordered a fiesta veggie burrito, but it didn’t come with guacamole, which is my favorite part. To make matters worse, there were no napkins in my bag. They didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce, yet they offered an overwhelming selection. When I tried to get their attention to return some of it, I was met with a quick gesture to wait. They asked me to pull around to place my order, which made it difficult to check the menu. Overall, I regret not choosing a better-rated restaurant. Google ratings are quite telling.

Overall, it was quite good. However, they really need to improve their food preparation, as it tends to be just average. I'm not sure if this is a common issue with local restaurants or if it's a corporate policy to cut corners on food quality. They absolutely need to change their approach regarding substitutions; if you want to replace meat with beans (or something similar), it shouldn't come with an extra charge! I’ve been to this restaurant twice in the past three months, and both visits were quite similar. It’s honestly ironic! Each time, I was informed that there was no beef for 30 minutes, and the fries were also unavailable. As someone who works in debt management and has kids to take care of, this situation is really frustrating. When I placed my order, there were seven cars in line, but only two actually received their food. What a letdown! If the numbers are low during the evening, it’s easy to see why.

I had the most disappointing experience while ordering food at this restaurant. They made a mistake with my order and wouldn't fix it. Two young staff members opened my order and aggressively handed it back to me, which made me feel quite threatened. It felt like I had been cheated out of my money. I will never dine at Taco Bell again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I truly don’t understand how a company can allow people like that to represent them.

I visited for lunch around 2 PM on a Saturday. The restaurant was somewhat busy, and it was evident. The dining area was not clean, and the service was slow. My order was incorrect, which I might have overlooked, but the food itself was lacking in flavor. My nachos were soggy and wet, and some ingredients were missing. How is it possible for nachos to be served so soggy when dining in?

The staff at this Taco Bell is consistently friendly and sincere. Although the lobby is closed, resulting in longer wait times during lunch (anticipate around 20 minutes in the drive-thru), that's just how it is these days. Many of their beverage machines were not functioning, so we had to settle for soda. The management should train their staff on appropriate etiquette when dealing with customers. Starting with ensuring that orders are accurate would be a good first step.
