I've ordered from here 3 times so far, all delivery. The first two times were good, only issues were from DoorDash's side (Taco Bell doesn't use their own delivery drivers, they contract thru DoorDash). But this time, not only did it take over an hour for my food to get made apparently, then an extra 15-20 minutes to deliver, but it was the wrong order. I got someone else's order and could eat none of it. Trying to report it and hopefully get a replacement or refund, my calls to the restaurant went unanswered, and the last 3 attempts got a busy dial tone, so I think they took their phone off the hook to prevent more calls. I reported an issue thru the app as well but I doubt they'll do anyth...

I quit going to this location for a while and after about 6 months figured I would give it a try. I've been there a few times since....or a lot...I dont know what changed but the foods been right everytime, and everything is always there and in perfect amounts for the food! (Sauces etc; The foods hot and the employees are pleasant! I placed an order with a request for 30 fire and 4 mild packets.Get the order. Surprise! No sauce. No forks.. No straws.. So Now I have to drive down there to get sauce. Fine. Ok. Get the sauce go home start eating and all the items are there but then...
I don’t eat fast food, but only from Taco Bell, and it’s always a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeños sauce. I’m a vegetarian, my order is always 8.56$ for a cheese quesadilla (with extra jalapeños sauce) and a side order of nachos with extra cheese (of 2 orders). I asked the lady at the window, even though I said “ a plain cheese quesadilla; with extra jalapeño sauce” which was shown on the screen. When I asked “oh you guys must’ve raised your prices” which I understand with food costs these days But also for a wrong order, I shouldn’t have waited 15 minutes for a wrong quesadilla, while watching them laugh and joke around while I was watching them through the window.
I arrived at the store and all the employees were in the parking lot vaping and using their cell phone. I went into the store and place my order at the kiosk. I saw inside there was another employee sitting and using his phone. I had to wait a few minutes and tell the employee that I had placed an order. He never noticed me there. The 3 employees that were in the parking lot never went inside to take care of my order. They should be more attentive to customer.

Even if there's no line, be prepared to park and wait. I miss the days when you could simply get your food through the drive-thru window. I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes and then just left. Forget the hassle of trying to get a refund—this is America now, and it seems you won’t get what you pay for.
Had to have my order redone 3 times because they just couldn't seem to get it right the first 2 times. They put ground beef in my grilled beef dipping tacos once and then sauce explosion in the other bag. Get it together Taco bell
The nacho fries were cold AND undercooked. Mxn pizza too soft and soggy. Disgusting. I used to love this particular location, but over the last two months it's just gotten to be really gross tasting.
The food is quite fresh for a fast food place, and the staff is friendly and works efficiently. This is better than 99% of the Taco Bells I've visited during my travels across the country.

Ordered through app. Food was exactly what I ordered, service was friendly and fast. Warning though entrance is tricky to get into, only able to enter going eastbound.
