Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

Made a simple order inside which was just a grilled cheese burrito and a Doritos locos taco.. after seeing SEVERAL PEOPLE getting their food that ordered AFTER me I asked where my food was and no one knew.. they claimed it was already made yet ISTOOD THERE WATCHING them prepare orders and never saw mine.. it took an older man walking up demanding to know where my orderwas because I was waiting for my order when he came in. At this point this man had already gotten his food and ate his meal andI STILL hadn?t received my food! It took him sternly telling them to make my order before I FINALLY got it! I ordered from this location 2 times now and I feel like I can leave a review. I will never order from this location again. It?s just not good. I thought it would get better the second try, but no way! I ordered nachos bell grande and the chips tastedburnt and the meat had a weird taste as well. I have been so sick to my stomach all night. Never again. I do not recommend thislocation.

I waited over 40 minutes for my food, only to find out that it was never made. There were five employees working, yet it felt like they were short-staffed. They seemed more focused on fulfilling DoorDash orders and drive-thru customers. When I asked for a refund, the manager didn’t even offer an apology. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning to Taco Bell.

I visited the restaurant late at night on June 13, 2022. They had run out of half their menu, so it must have been a busy evening! However, I have to commend the person at the drive-thru window. The new management here is fantastic. Every time I visit, my order is prepared quickly and tastes great. The new owner is knowledgeable and very friendly at the window. I'd rate it a perfect 10/10!

Absolutely outstanding service! Quick, friendly, and efficient! The woman at the window had a lovely smile and long black hair. She was so incredibly nice! I would rate it a 10 out of 10!

I ordered two double steak burritos, one without sour cream, but instead I received one vegan burrito and a soft taco. Additionally, the Diet Coke I ordered was only a third full.
