This Taco Bell used to be excellent, and the staff were always friendly. I wanted to give it another chance, especially with times being tough for everyone, but I’ve reached my limit. Lately, there’s been a problem with my order every time I visit—either something is missing or I receive the wrong item. Today, the soda machine was out of syrup, so all I got was soda water, which ended up in the trash. The staff were also quite rude when I asked about getting my card back. I have trouble hearing, and it was really hard to understand what the employee was saying about the rain and my car engine before I asked my question. I often drop by this restaurant on my way home and have been there at different times, but they've never had chalupas available. When I finally asked about it, I was told that the machine has been shut down. On top of that, the staff has consistently been unfriendly. What happened to customer service here? It's quite disappointing.
I only gave this place two stars because the food is inexpensive. I'm not sure what happened since I used to visit often. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was good. However, now the food is served cold, and the staff member was quite rude.
The young lady that took my order was incredibly polite and had a great tone of voice. The young man that gave me my order was equally polite and gave excellent customer service. Store 025741 Order 318993

The drive-thru appeared to be busy, but the interior was empty. Service was quick, and they offer both kiosks and personal ordering. The inside was clean, and there was plenty of parking available.
Great Place. And pretty popular too. They also have Jackfruit!!! And I'm very excited about the Sweet potato pecan pie. YUM Friendly staff, affordable price and deliciousness.

They offered a meat option for 50 cents, but when you try it, you'll see... this is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. The staff is nice and there were no issues, though.
