When my name was finally called, I noticed the staff member threw in a handful of Diablo salsa when I had specifically requested four medium sauces. When I asked for replacements, I was met with a blank stare and received another handful of Diablo. I tried to explain that I wanted milder sauce, but it was clear that he didn't understand. It took another employee intervening in Spanish to get me the correct sauces. I have no issue with immigrant workers, but isn't it reasonable to expect that those working directly with the public should be at least fluent in the primary language of the country they work in to communicate effectively with customers?

Overall good experience. The little park next door has been beautifully cleaned up and renovated nice to just walk thru to it from The Benicia Bell's parking lot, about 10 steps over to the trees, grass and swings. Great Kids playground and benches around for ALL Esrth's children to enjoy!They need more than one bathroom key, Since there are 2 bathrooms but was told just 1 key for both. Strange. Not easy on this 50+ yr post babies bod... but thankfully no puddle after 10 to 15 minute wait on the young bloke who man's their drive thru window and had a drop mic moment I guess.
I will never visit this Taco Bell again. I had a coupon for four free tacos with a purchase, which was valid until April 15th. When I went there on the 15th, the employee informed me that the coupon was no longer valid. Frustrated by the way I was treated, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the location at 700 Military West in Benicia, CA.

This place sucks, customer service is just as bad as the food. Sat behind someone for 15 minutes. We where the only 2 cars in the drive through. Also the employee looked like some child had a smug attitude and didn't give me any napkins or sauce.
As a DoorDash driver, I've found that the staff here rarely responds appropriately to my inquiries and often don’t even acknowledge my presence to let me know if my order is being prepared.
